The price includes:

Payment
Payment by ATM or credit card is unfortunately not possible. You can pay your bill on the spot in cash or in advance by bank transfer.

Breakfast
Breakfast is not included in the apartment price. Please ask for it!
Local tax
From 01.01.2014 the local tax was introduced in South Tyrol. The local tax is due on departure and is shown separately on the invoice. This amounts to 2,50 Euro per person (from 14 years) and night.
General information:
Your apartment is reserved for you from 14.30 on the day of arrival and until 9.30 on the day of departure. In case of later arrival than 19.00 o'clock we are pleased about a message from you. Other times on request.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning is included in the price. However, we ask you to dispose of food and any garbage (garbage cans are available), as well as to leave the apartment broom-clean.
Cancellation conditions
The deposit will not be refunded. In case of late arrival or early departure we will also charge the full amount. We ask for your understanding! Until 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge (except deposit).
